Global Sponsorship

One allocation, 78 markets, one process

Every race weekend and every matchday comes with a fixed ticket allocation that is distributed across the national subsidiaries. Who gets how many, who is invited and who is actually on site in the end – this used to run on spreadsheets and emails. Today the entire journey lives in one system: from releasing the allocation through the invitation to check-in at the Paddock Club.

The full journey

From invitation to access control

A VIP ticket is more than a seat in the stands: it is the first touchpoint with the brand and the last impression at the gate. That is why every step lives in one system – designed in the brand’s look, secured through approval workflows and traceable all the way to check-in.

Personalized invitations and tickets

Every ticket is created in the corporate design – with name, salutation, a unique code and exactly the permissions that apply to that guest.

Access by role and zone

Paddock Club, Executive Lounge or grandstand: who may go where and when is stored on a role basis and verified via the code at the gate.

Legally compliant registration

Sign-up with double opt-in and multi-step forms – GDPR-compliant and completed by guests in just a few steps.

Live check-in in real time

Admission runs on mobile and works even without a connection. Who has already arrived, who is missing and who was rebooked at short notice is visible at all times.

Two worlds, one system

From the starting grid to kick-off

Formula 1 and the Champions League follow different rhythms: here a race weekend with Paddock Club and hospitality packages, there a matchday with host roles and short-notice replacements. Both worlds run in the same system – with their own rules for allocations, roles and approvals.

The project

“15,000 VIP tickets, 78 countries, one process – from the released allocation to the guest checking in at the Paddock Club.”
