Digital products and web applications.

Customer portals, dashboards, internal tools and products of our own: we conceive, design and develop software that customers and teams actually use - and operate it day to day. Running robodocxs and Festzelt OS in continuous production ourselves, we know what that takes.

02 - Positioning

Software that takes work off your hands.

A website explains and persuades - a web application works: with logins and permissions, with processes, with data from ERP and CRM. That is exactly the software we build: logged-in areas, self-service, dashboards and line-of-business applications you cannot buy off the shelf.

Product, not project

Good software is not a project that ends - it is a product that carries its weight every day.

That is why we think in terms of operations, maintainability and growth from day one: first a focused MVP that real users test - then further development along what proves itself. That is how our own products came to be.

What we build

Typical applications:

customer portals and self-service areas

dashboards and reporting on live data

internal tools and line-of-business applications

own digital products and SaaS

Our standard:

design and development from a single source

MVP first - tested with real users

cleanly integrated with ERP, CRM and legacy systems

operated, maintained and continuously developed

03 - What we build

Four kinds of software that pay off.

From customer portal to your own SaaS product - each with logins, permissions, system integration and a clear benefit for the people who work with it.

01Self-Service

Customer Portals & Self-Service

Your customers see orders, documents and status themselves - around the clock, with no time on hold. Approvals, complaints and orders flow straight into the ERP. Read more under customer portal development.

02Numbers

Dashboards & Reporting

KPIs from ERP, CRM and specialist systems come together in a single interface - current instead of a month old, with thresholds that raise the alarm before things get expensive.

03Internal

Internal Tools & Business Applications

For processes no standard system covers: dispatching, planning, inspection workflows, data maintenance. Tailored to your workflow - instead of Excel sheets with 40 columns.

04SaaS

Own Products & SaaS

An idea becomes a business model: multi-tenant, scalable, with onboarding, billing and operations. Our own products robodocxs and Festzelt OS show how we do it.

04 - The proof

We don't just build for clients - we operate our own products.

Two own products in continuous production and client products built the MVP way: whoever operates their own software builds differently - with an eye on maintenance, monitoring and the day after launch.

05 - How we work

MVP first, then the build-out.

Lengthy requirement specifications fail on contact with reality. We build a first, focused version and test it with real users - what proves itself gets developed further.

01

Define the core value

Who uses the application, and which problem does it solve first? The MVP scoping determines speed and cost.

02

Build the MVP

Design and development from a single source - including permissions, integrations and a clean architecture ready to grow.

03

Test with real users

The first version goes to the people who work with it. Their feedback drives the roadmap - not the spec document.

04

Expand & operate

What proves itself gets expanded - with monitoring, updates and further development while the application keeps running.

06 - Technology & Operations

Built for the day after launch.

An application proves itself not at acceptance, but in its third year of operation. That is why these points are part of the project for us - not part of the wish list:

Clean architecture

Proven, modern web stack - chosen for the task and for operations, not for the trend. Testable, extensible, understandable.

Integrations

ERP, CRM, DMS and specialist systems are connected via API, database or import/export - data flows instead of being copied.

Permissions & multi-tenancy

Roles, approvals and tenant separation from the start - everyone sees exactly what they are allowed to see.

Security & data protection

Encryption, access control, EU hosting as required - data protection is architecture, not an appendix.

Performance & scaling

Fast for the first user, stable for the thousandth - load behavior is planned, not hoped for.

Hosting & operations

We operate your application including updates and backups - or hand over to your IT, fully documented.

Monitoring & maintenance

Errors, response times and utilization are monitored - we find out before your users do.

Code & docs belong to you

Source code, documentation, credentials: all yours. No hidden dependencies, no vendor lock-in.

07 - FAQ

Frequently asked questions about digital products.

How much does a custom web application cost?

That depends on scope, integrations and the permissions model. We deliberately start with a clearly defined MVP with a fixed scope of work - you know before development begins what the first production version will cost.

How quickly is an MVP ready for use?

We typically deliver a focused MVP within a few weeks to a few months - depending on integrations and data availability. What matters is the scoping: core value first, then expansion.

How does a web app differ from a website?

A website explains and persuades - a web application works: with logins, permissions, processes and data from your systems. We design and build both; this page is about software that takes on real tasks. For brand websites: web design agency.

Which technologies do you work with?

A proven, modern web stack - chosen to fit the task, the team and operations, not the latest trend. More important than the framework are clean architecture, integrations, tests and maintainability.

Can you connect existing systems like ERP and CRM?

Yes - that is usually the core of the application: orders, master data and documents come in via API, database or import/export from your core systems and flow back into them.

Who owns the source code?

You do. You receive the source code and documentation; there are no hidden dependencies. On request, we hand over to your team or another service provider.

Do you handle operations and further development?

Yes - we operate applications including hosting, monitoring, updates and further development. With robodocxs and Festzelt OS we also run our own products in continuous production and know what reliable operations mean.

Can you take over an existing application?

Often, yes. We first review the code, architecture and operations and tell you frankly whether takeover, refactoring or a rebuild makes more economic sense.

Which software is
your team missing?

In a first conversation we scope the MVP together - no obligation, concrete, based on numbers.
